This technique involves breaking your work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes long, followed by a 5-minute break. After four intervals, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.

Time blocking involves scheduling specific blocks of time on your calendar for different tasks or activities. This method allocates focused time for work, meetings, and personal tasks.

This tool categorizes tasks into four quadrants based on their urgency and importance:

Urgent and Important: Do these tasks immediately.

Important but Not Urgent: Schedule these tasks for later.
